Over the past four decades, Luxury Builders & Constructions has grown to become one of Poland's leading contractors to the development industry and a leading residential property developer in its own right. Originally established as a contractor to major national housebuilders, our business has developed enormously with a much wider range of contracting skills and advisory services, along with an ability to purchase land and develop it for ourselves or with our joint venture partners.

We are renowned throughout the construction industry for our vast span of expertise and strong track record for delivering on time and on budget. We have subsequently picked up numerous industry awards, including ‘Marketing Initiative of the Year’ at the House Builder Awards in December 2018 and ‘Regeneration Project of the Year’ at the Poland Construction Awards 2019.

We at Luxury Builders & Constructions know our highly-skilled and highly-valued people are key to our ongoing success. We employ a 400-strong workforce and run an industry-recognised apprenticeship scheme, as well as working with schools and colleges to inspire and encourage young people to enter the industry.

As a privately-owned company, we are agile in our decision making and land acquisitions, but always apply the required due diligence of a PLC. We also take an ethical approach to business and subsequently seek partners with a likeminded attitude.
